Very handsome house and setting- love the stone walls and buttery yellow color! The shutters are glaringly too skinny and flat though and as this is such an otherwise beautiful historic house it deserves appropriate shutters that fit. I think you would be surprised what a difference this would make. Otherwise, just about perfect!

Thank you for your compliments! The 'stump' you refer to is actually a fire pit made of stone from the property.

great job but why not make that stump work for you build the area up with dirt and make a pretty flower garden out of it .Charm you have it 100% better than any of those new houses that all look the same and all you see is the garage .If you sold tomorrow you would have people seeing it and wanting it from the curb
