  • Kitchen Vintage & Charm, These are pictures of the white milk glass displayed on the buffet in my kitchen. • Shabby Chic/Victorian Guestroom Make-over, This used to be my "funky guestroom". I decided to go with Shabby Chic with a victorian twist. I kept the iron bed, pantry doors but changed everything else. The chest was in another room so I painted it creme/peach accents and added glass knobs. I bought the table with the vanity mirror on craigslist and painted both to match. The ottoman was slipcovered to match the settee (that I also covered). The settee is covered in vintage fabric I've had for years...it has boston terriers and fox terriers. Some items are family heirlooms, baby shoes, lace up shoes, the white lace coverlet and more. The vintage lace curtains came from ebay. The glass hobnail mirror is from a thrift store. My Heubach collection is right at home here!, Bedrooms Design

  • Tablescape, I am so out of my comfort zone, but decided to give it a go just the same. Decorating my dining room table with bronze, brown, creme, mercury, and zebra. Would appreciate any suggestions to bring it all together. Definitely need some pop-n-splash, thinking pistachio or navy (rather have peacock but navy readily available)., Dining Rooms Design

  • Our Christmas Home - 2012, I can't even begin to explain the love I have for Christmas. I think about it all year. I am ready to decorate the second Halloween is over. I adore everything about it.

Our home is small but I cram as much Christmas decor as I can into it...haha I don't follow all the trends when it comes to decorating, especially with my tree. I like to use the blown glass ornaments we have collected over the years and this year I am up to 90% all blown glass. There are about 10% that I could not bring myself not to add b/c they were too special to us. I try very hard to have that home you can't help but want to cuddle up with a cup of hot chocolate in. I love a somewhat "vintage" feel.

  • Beachy Bath Retreat, Welcome to my beach retreat! I don't have a beach house, so I created the feel in my bathroom. A stroll on the beach collecting beach glass is my ultimate relaxation. So, my beach glass collection was the inspiration for my personal "spa". I used frosted glass mosaic as the accent for the walls. On the floor is a tumbled marble mosaic with the frosted glass squares randomly scattered through out- just like finding glass on the beach! The vanity is the piece de resistance. The base is actually a sofa table and the counter top is custom concrete. I was so lucky to find a local concrete artist who made my vision into a reality. He created a work of art by incorporating glass from my collection into the concrete. Take a look at the close ups, it's really breathtaking. I smile every time I look at it! The counter top really sets off the frosted glass vessel sink. All of the metal is satin nickel., Bathrooms Design

  • Glass Bathroom, The Glass Bathroom is designed using three types of 8mm glass tile: a WATERFALL inspired focal wall juxtaposed to 1x1 tile for floors and other walls. The "fluent" space is enhanced by an onyx countertop which when uplit adds a dramatic impact. The floating cabinet adds lightness to the space. The convex shape of the sculptural faucet balances the concave effect of the glass sconces., Other Spaces Design
