I wanted a different take on a princess room for my daughters but I still wanted all the trimming like velvet ribbons a chandelier and handpainted details. It is a tiny room and the very bright paint makes it almost glow in the dark but my daughters love it!

Hi! I got the castle at Home Depot and I extended the green part with paint and added the clouds with paint. I was never really happy with this one and I have painted over it.

Where did you find the castle? Did you paint the clouds yourself? I agree that adding a real frame around it would be nice. Or make it look like you a re looking out a window.

What about a frame directly onto the wall - I love pink and black and just used it myself in a bedroom converted to a TV room (it's posted. The pink accents are for my 5 year old grand-daughter. Merry Christmas.
