This is my 3 year old's big girl room. I had so much fun decorating it and she LOVES her room.
I found the headboard in the garbage (all the projects are also under my craft and painted it. I only wish the headboard would be a little taller. Maybe I'll put it on blocks to elevate it one day. When she is older, I will probably move the bed over the corner (more in the center of the room and hang up long curtains but for now she needs room to play and I don't want her to fall out of her (Queen : bed.
I made the bed skirt and attached it with velcro. I painted and made the lampshade. I created the pictures on the computer. The flower lamps are from Ikea and I spray painted the center yellow. I painted and made the bird pillow. The striped boxes are gift boxes from Sephora and I found the rest of the boxes at Marshalls and Ross.
the paint is Behr paint from Home Depot: Hopeful (690 A-2, Sweet Taffy (690 A-3, Honeydew (410 A-3 and I tinted the darker green myself, because I didn't like the original darker green that I brought home.
