  • The Italian Courtyard Garden, This is one area of the garden at my photography studio. We call this the Italian Courtyard. We included a large fountain, lots of plants, including vines on the stucco walls. We did not use stone for the hardscape because of we put down pea gravel which has a nice look in this area., Gardens Design

  • Miniature garden, My husband got a little carried away mulching and knocked a branch off of my contorted filbert. It looks like a little, gnarly tree, I thought, which inspired me to create a miniature garden with the branch as centerpiece. The "stream" is made from crushed seashells. , Gardens Design

  • enter in love; leave in peace (Zone 7-9), My back yard is a product of love, peace, and joy. Most plants are from cuts, transplants, gifts, and some purchases. Low water, hardiness, little maintenance are my goals. All bridges, ponds, and concrete walkways have been done by hand over the last 10 years. Many of the walkways have marbles, crystals, broken pottery, stain glass, and polished rooks to help our guest forget any troubles and worries they may as the stroll and enjoy all the great surprises and shapes they may find wile enjoying the smells, colors and sounds., Gardens Design
