I used Sherwin Williams Exterior Paint in a satin finish. I followed these instructions: http://www.everythingicreate.com/p/garage-door-tutorial.html
I used Tatami Tan for the base, Java for the next coat and a 1-to-1 mixture of Java and black for the next coat. I also applied 2 layers of water based clear coat. (All paint was waterbased as the instructions indicate an oil-based color will ruin the door. Good Luck!
