Yeah actually the area rug is a leftover from my old dorm room and is only temporary until I can find a larger one.

Your design is sophisticated and well thought out. I love how the art is connected through the molding at the perfect viewing height. I appreciate the mix of artwork and find everything wonderfully compatible. I especially love the whole vignette of the desk area. Everything has a polished and professional look yet also has wonderful personal touches. Bravo!!

The colors you chose are so soothing. You did a great job coordinating all of the space. The white accents are very crisp. I like mixing the old with the modern. Congratulations!

This room is realy wonderful! Great job on the pillows and the decorating/painting.

Looks beautiful! The pieces you've selected look great together and the fabric is very pretty. The only thing I noticed is that although all the art is interesting...I think there is a bit too much art competing with each other. i.e, something other than a print, to the left of the "desk" will not take away from the art above. Just a small observation.
