The great clients of this gorgeous coastal estate allowed us to design their property in the same exquisite style and manner of their interior environment.
One of the major design components of this design is the grand and majestic Cabana that encompasses multiple functions and areas of luxury retreat. The Cabana has a luxurious restroom and shower, with an elegant changing room that even has personal lockers for guests to use! Also included under the roof of the Cabana is a large dining room, an opulent cook center, and a quaint fireplace room with optimum views of the ocean and coastline. We bought a berm house that faces south in 2001 mainly for the view it gave us without realizing the many problems that we would encounter. We are known as the underground house by the pizza delivery guys to UPS drivers. From a new roof flooded rooms to a hole in the middle covered with a blue tarp my husband has not stoppped trying to do the remodel himself. His vision is a home with cedar siding like what he placed on the new construction that he designed and built.

If you saw my previous project, it was a Theater area located over a garage with a hip roof on one side. I created a "false wall" to hide the speakers and hang the projection screen.
It was a really great way to use this space but the basement is now nearly finished and I have carved out a cozy little spot that I can dedicate to the Home Theater and Audio Distribution equipment.
The plan is to have a great place to entertain as well as hang out with the new baby!Ihope you like it.

Due to my profesion, I "almost move" every year. I would see houses that have their front and back yards under control, and I would want to move to them! This is the current hunting Cabin where I will place my new home. I live on a major trout stream and want to keep thing a natural as possibile. I would love a rustic but eye pleasing home with all the modern touches. I would also love ideas to create an outdoor living space on the river front. You know catch a fresh trout, throw it on the barbie and dine with friends.
