Creamy dreamy new master bathroom. This area use to be a closet that we expanded over our garage area. We love the heated floor, mosaic behind tub and size of the room. Lots of light with skylight and windows. Very relaxing room. New closet off of bathroom.

We added a 12" trey ceiling to our master bedroom - making the room seem much larger than before. Room is very soothing with golds, creams and touches of soft greens.

Lg room that has to support 3 computers/a study center/game room for college students/guest room/home office/family-friend gathering spot. How do I give it a warm-welcoming non-clutter space to relax and function for all ages. Angled ceiling - open to kitchen. Need ideas-help and prayers to discover all the possibilities for this active multi purpose room.

The simple dark farmhouse style furniture is a nice contrast to the faux walls. The warm colors in this room pop against the winter white trim and duvet cover. The bambo blinds downplay the classic touches in the room.

1970'swallpaper dominated flourescent lighting over the vanity? With only a $300 budget we had to get creative. So we scraped the popcorn & dated wallpaper painted added new light fixtures painted the vanities added new handles trimmed out the mirrors in the same black color used on the vanities few flowers & accessories then finished it off with a blue slightly metallic looking accent wall . Then...well we ran out of money!!!! Oh well you get the idea. small rug not carpet

This is the third small NYC apartment I've decorated with my collection of mid-19th C. American antiques. Color scheme comes from the rug piano I use to make my living. I looked hard at other rooms designed around the same period of antiques - like the red room at the White House and R.H. Jenrette's 'Edgewater' - and this is what I came up with! No repros in this room - it's all the real deal!

This space was a complete dead wasteland of kids toys hand me down sofas from the in-laws and only one table. But I managed to uncover everything you see here from throughout the home amazing antique treasures where uncovered in the basement! The owners had all the right pieces and their own unique style just didn't realize it until we started pulling things together!

Instead of complaining about how unhappy I was with the look of my kitchen, and even more disappointed with my budget of $400. I was able to save ALOT of money by repurposing items from storage and other rooms.
I used Rustoleum Liquid Laminate paint to resurface my faux- marble look. It comes in 16 different colors.
I had really good wood cabinets but it was too dark in my kitchen because there was only window and not a lot of light. I really wanted to brighten up the kitchen by painting the cabinets white.
Behr has this great paint and primer in one. After sanding the cabinets it really saved a lot of time.
I used the Simple Matte Tile Solution and the Simple Grout (which was pre mixed and mess free I used 1/4 inch tile spacers and GOT BUSY!
I changed the light fixtures and replaced them with silver pendant lights from ikea.
In the end we spent $414. I have to say that my kitchen is now my new favorite room in the house. If you dont like your kitchen you have the power and the resources to change it!

Here I worked with an American family of four living overseas in Singapore for nearly 5 years now. They have grown to love and obtain many pieces throughout their travels. Here's how we incorporated them into a comfortable living environment in their permanent home here in sunny Arizona! Their goal.....comfort comfort comfort with a slight reminder of their home in Singapore. (Btw a stunning area rug was added post photos that really ground the space and pulled all the colors together!

My home in the mountains of Western North Carolina. I love nature and enjoy my wild visitors who come by on a regular basis. Birds of all kinds black bears raccoons skunks foxes and even a mountain lion on occasion. My home looks down on the 'LIttle Paris of the South' Asheville and across the spectacular mountains that surround it.
