I love contemporary mixed with industrial design. It is difficult making a rental your own, but luckily the landlord let me paint an accent wall which set off this custom headboard I made. I added a planter because I believe the outside should always be reflected inside in almost any room. Because this room is small, a side table was too bulky; I added a floating stainless steel shelf and kept the lamp clear so as to not visually fill the space up too much.
