This is a cozy main floor bath that we gutted down to the studs. It's 5x7, we wanted it to feel a little more spacious and timeless. We added white field tile, glass and marble mosiac tile and marble floors. We also used vinyl around the window to eliminate a rot problem. Total cost for materials $1100!
