We continue to work on updating our 103-year-old house. The main bathroom needed new tiling (from 'Habitat for Humanity Restore'), a resurfaced tub, new fixtures, and a need for additional space. As always, we emphasized the function, form and budget. So, we removed an antiquated 'home built' vanity (that had a perpetual old, damp smell) and replaced it with a pedastal sink. Total renovation: less than $400.
