You can replace those ceiling panels from Lowes or Home Depot, but you need to make sure you get rid of any mold and damaged wood above it. Of course, repair that roof first!

The roof needs to be repaired. Unless you've done that before, let a pro handle it. To locate one, put contractors in the search box of HGTV.com. This is not something you want to mess around with. Your home is your sanctuary and probably your largest investment. Like many things in life, this is an example where you have to get to the root of the problem.
