We wanted to revamp our family room to let in the natural light and give a focal point to the lack lustre space. We added focal interest and a more inviting space for family to enjoy.

1/24/2012 - Hi People, I have posted this before but I don't know where it went so I took new pictures tonight to see what you all think of the improvements that I made. I don't know if you remember what it looked like before but if not here is what it was.
Before the improvements the kitchen had yellow walls, orange countertops, rusty pink oven, light tan fridge, and dark yellow curtains. The living room had wall-to-wall olive green carpet, dirty yellow sofa, white and green floral wallpaper, and once again dark yellow curtains. It was horrible, looked like something out of a 50's disco movie. Gives me chills just thinking about it. (-:
Please post any and all ideas you can come up with, weather it be wall color, cabinet color, window treatments, hardware, appliances, or anything else you can think of.
