  • Chic French inspired baby girl nursery: UPDATED!, Here are a few pictures of our daughter Gianvieve's baby nursery. She's three months old and just spent her first night in her round crib. In the crib photo I left the bar on the crib lowered so you can see it well. The crib canopy can be easily removed as she grows and (possibly) tugs on the velvet/satin panels., Nurseries Design

  • Classic Baby Nursery, I created this nursery for our first born baby. All the furniture (except the crib) were hand-me-downs of my grandmother's (yes even the pink chair!). I painted the dresser and chest white but kept a few brown accent pieces to break up the color a bit. The pink dollhouse is a $10 junk-store find that I refinished. Our baby is now 3 and I'm about to completely redo her room so I decided to capture it in pictures before it becomes a "big girl room." Comments welcome. Please rate! Thanks!, Nurseries Design

  • Gender Neutral:Mikayla's Bazoople Room, This nursery was painted by my mom. It is Summer Infant Bazooples bedding. "Baby Zoo People" I was worried about decorating this room because the bedding company doesn't sell coordinating wall decorations. So my mom drew all the animals transferred and painted them on the walls. I think she did an awesome job! I wanted to share this room and show off her good work. Please let me know what you think., Nurseries Design

  • Baby Girl Nursery - Updated, I first posted this space before my baby was born. Now she is a busy toddler and her room has grown and changed as much as she has! I thought you all might like to see how it has evolved. To all of you that were concerned that a baby wouldn't be able to sleep in such a vibrant room...happily that was never a problem. Our daughter has been an excellent sleeper from the very start. :), Nurseries Design

  • Kailey's Girlie Striped Room, My first baby girl Kailey's room. We used decorative stripe painting techniques as well as a fun colorful fairy touches. This room was meant to be a fun comfortable girlie girl room for our baby girl. We spent a good few days getting the striping technique down. This could not have been accomplished without dedicated relatives that had a knack for a level., Nurseries Design

  • Baby Girl Room, We updated our nursery for the baby girl who is due to arrive any day now. The bedding is Amy Coe from Target and the walls were painted yellow because with our first chld we didn't know if it would be a boy or a girl. This saved us quite a bit of money when baby #2 came because we don't have to repaint. We still have a few things to do like get letters for the wall (when you enter) to spell her name and add final nick nacks for the book shelves (but that will happen with time I am sure), Nurseries Design
